Our Food

We take our food seriously at the Tower, but then Scotland has some of the world's best food and produce available so we like to show it off! Expect dishes packed with flavour and seasonal ingredients too: briny-fresh Scottish and Irish oysters, well-aged Borders Buccleuch beef, game, lamb and delicious seafood. Our cheeses change with the seasons and even our potatoes are named heritage varieties.

We are passionate about Scotland's best food producers: so Guy Grieve dives for our scallops and shellfish on Mull, Inverawe smoke much of our seafood, the happiest of free range chickens come from St Brides and our black pudding is Dingwall's finest!

The Tower offers some of the best-value dining offers in Edinburgh too. Our 2-course lunch/theatre supper £18.95, rooftop afternoon tea just £18.95 and our seasonal 3-course menu offer is available for lunch and dinner each day with 3-courses for just £35.
