The Tower has developed its gourmet reputation for creating outstanding

The Tower's extensive menu always features the best available seasonal
ingredients, with Argyll oysters, local seafood, seasonal game, Angus
beef and lamb impeccably sourced and simply prepared in the Towers signature
relaxed, unfussy style.
The crustacea section features lobster, Argyll oysters, Fife crab, and
platters of seafood, with the grill providing the Tower's signature Aberdeen
Angus - always hung for 21 days- served with potato scone and Portobello
mushrooms.
