The Tower has collected yet another award to add its growing collection that includes a series of the prestigious Wine Spectator Awards of Excellence and good ratings from the Good Food, Michelin, Fodor's, Frommer's, Mr & Mrs Smith & AA guides among others.

The Balvenie Game Cookery Award celebrates excellence in game cookery and is further evidence of the Tower's unswerving passion to deliver exemplarary local Scottish produce wherever possible.

Dishes such as our roast partridge with cabbage and bacon, display the relaxed style for which the Tower has become known.

The highly regarded Michelin Guide has also awarded the Tower a coveted two knives and forks in its latest guide, putting the Tower into the same bracket as acclaimed eateries such as London's Caprice and Ivy restaurants.
