The Tower, part of James Thomson's innovative portfolio of restaurants, has been named as the only Scottish company to join the inaugural BT Vision 100 index. The judges were impressed by our committement to creating "exceptional dining experiences" and a policy of "using the very latest technology to provide an old-fashioned level of service" for our guests.

Established by BT, Sunday Business and the Cranfield University of Management the award recognises the 100 most visionary organisations within the public and private sector in the UK. Following a rigorous selection procedure we join a prestigious list including Dell Computers, IBM.com, Egg and Direct Line as both the only hospitality based or Scottish business on the list.

This is the latest award for the Tower team who constantly strive to raise standards by benchmarking against leading international organisations such as the Louvre and Disney.
