SUMMER IN THE CITY
STYLISH AND VERY GLAMOROUS
Scotland's bountiful larder is brimming over at this time of year and our menu is filled with fresh, inventive and delicious dishes. You can expect treats like Hake fillet served with wild leek, green beans, radish and pea fricassee or Perthshire lamb rump, semi-dried tomato mash, spring greens and salsa verde to name a few.
By day, admire the lush greenness of the trees in Grey Friars Kirkyard. By night, the terrace becomes a viewing platform as the evenings are at their longest; take in the spectacular skyline and of course Edinburgh Castle in all it's glory. This is in our humble opinion the best view in the city.
"There are few restaurants anywhere with a more impressive setting."
