The TOWER brunch menu has never been so colourful and nutritious. With the winter approaching and our energy level at stake, our Head Chef Jose Dalto, assisted by his great team, has created a sensational selection of healthy brunch options to boost your morning meals.
Along with a selection of timeless must-have such as Eggs Benedict and Scrambled eggs, our healthy range now includes egg white omelettes with tasty fillings, smashed avocado with chilli on toast and a must-try açaí bowl with blueberries, banana and chia seeds.
The wider choice of dishes goes together with a broader drinks list which now includes antioxidant-packed milkshakes and freshly squeezed juices. We definitely didn’t change what has always worked and still proudly serving freshly ground Lavazza coffees or single origin loose leaf teas from PMD & Sons, responsibly sourced in Ceylon.
If you arefeeling the need for something a little stronger then why not go for our Hairof the Dog Bloody Mary with horseradish and Dijon mustard? With ouraward-winning wine list and expertly blended cocktails Brunch doesn't have tobe a sober event.
