Just in time for Easter we launched our Spring menu and it's a cracker!
Packed full of new and inspirational dishes from Head Chef, Jose Dalto and his team. There's some fabulous new crustacea, including; king prawns with chilli and avocado served on garlic toast or dressed Scottish brown crab, baby gem and lemon.
There's still the Tower's famous Himalyan salt aged Scotch beef, choose from; rib-eye, sirloin or fillet all specially sourced from our award-winning butchers. We are adding Chateau Briand for 2 to share to the offering, served with chips and mixed leaves and your choice of sauce, this is the ultimate for the Scotch beef lovers among you.
Tower Classics feature heavily on the Spring update, including Toulouse sausage with whole grain mustard mash and caramelised onion, there's our famous eggs Benedict with Parma ham and hollandaise and of course the Tower fishcakes, with leeks, bechamel sauce and pickled guerkins.
Our lighter menu is fantastic value at just £19.95 for 2 courses and is available 7 days as a lunch between 12 - 4.30pm and as a pre or post-theatre supper between 5-6.30pm and 9.30-10.30pm.
Our Head Pastry Chef, Emma Cruikshank has been very busy preparing new puddings, such as the delicous Madagascan vanilla and white chocolate cheesecake, served with rhubarb and stem ginger. We will always have the Proprietor, Mr Thomson's favourite pudding, the classic banana split on the menu and the ever popular peanut butter parfait with chocolate sauce and salted carmel popcorn isn't going anywhere!
Whatever the occasion, whether just a light one course lunch, a 4 course evening meal or a business brunch, the Tower's got the lot. We're really excited about the new dishes and can't wait to show you them on your next visit.
See you soon
