With the long summer days and holiday season upon us, theTower is delighted to introduce our new Champagne and seafood menu
With its lush over-sized pots, full to bursting with Lavender and topiary, the terrace’s stylish and comfortable dining chairs and of course the best views of Edinburgh’s Castle anywhere in the city make for a delightful al fresco dining proposition. Where better to enjoy an indulgent; lunch, afternoon tea, dinner or some of the best cocktails in town. Open all day from 10am until 10pm (last reservation) 7 days a week.
The new menu features dishes such as; prawn cocktail, baby gem, egg, Marie Rose and whole lobster thermidor with hand-cut chips ... a true taste of what Scotland’s shores have to offer. As well as our 300 bin wine list we have 25 Champagnes and sparkling wines for you to choose from with 3 available by the glass including; Billecart-Salmon Rose Champagne and the award-wining English sparkling Nyetimber 2009 which makes the perfect accompaniment to a warm summer’s day.

We’re open for brunch from 10am everyday, kick start your day at the festival with our delicious eggs Benedict and our Hair of the dog Bloody Mary, all served with the best view in town. Good mornings start with Brunch at the rooftop Tower.
