The Tower's team can also provide some of the most accomplished banqueting food and service in the city for guests who choose to use the Museum's impressive circular private dining venues; the Bute Room and Board Room.
The Tower Restaurant's exceptional rooftop setting and unrivalled Edinburgh Castle views make a memorable choice for private or corporate dinners and entertaining. It is the ideal exclusive use venue seating up to 90 guests for dinner, or 150 for the ultimate reception. Our private dining packages can be custom designed to create the perfect event for you and your guests. Let us know your requirements and our talented team will do the rest.
The circular Bute room is a striking and flexible space ideal for a unique private dining experience, corporate meeting or wedding breakfast, seating up to 50 people. Directly above, the Boardroom boasts a beautiful burr maple circular table big enough to seat 24 people with panoramic views over Edinburgh’s Old Town to the Castle. These spectacular spaces are crowned with a circular private roof terrace offering 360 degree views of our breathtaking city.
Our Chefs are as passionate about our event food as our restaurant food: they should be, it all shares the same exceptional produce and comes from the same on-site kitchens. Opt for our private dining menu, packed with Scottish produce; for a drinks reception, enquire about our selection of decadent canapés, or for a more informal affair, our two-course Tower Buffet.
"Drag your eyes away from the view outside and there’s a whole landscape of well-sourced Scottish produce on the menu."
Our newsletter focuses on dining events and company news as well advice on things to do when visiting Edinburgh.
