Going to a show? Our delicious 2 course pre-theatre and post-theatre menu is served every daily from 4:30pm – 6:30pm and 9:30pm – 10pm (10.30pm Fri and Sat). Amazing value at only £19.95 for 2 courses.
Our evening menus showcase the best Scotland's larder has to offer as well as some of the most accomplished cooking you will find anywhere. Expect delicious fresh seafood; briny Scottish oysters, lobster from the Isle of Skye and scallops hand-dived by Guy Grieves and his Ethical Shellfiish Company off the Isle of Mull.
Our chef sources only the most tender and flavoursome meat; rib-eye, sirloin and fillet beef all direct from award-winning butcher, Simon Howie, rich game from Perthshire and only the finest haggis from Dingwall will do.
The Tower pastry team create the most wonderful puddings and our cheeses are sourced by Scotland's premier cheese distributor I. J Mellis.
Our rooftop terrace boasts the most spectacular views of Edinburgh Castle. It is the perfect platform for pre-dinner cocktails. Our talented mixologists have designed some wonderfully cockle-warming cocktails for you to sample.
